PromptCellar Cloud provides software for AI coding prompt ledgers, transcript search, redaction workflows, replay comparisons, and prompt pack exports. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit the site, request checkout, or use the service.

Information we process

We may process account contact details, billing status, repository metadata, prompt session metadata, uploaded transcript content, redaction decisions, product usage events, and support messages. We do not require customers to submit payment card data, production credentials, regulated customer records, or unnecessary personal information into public forms.

Payment handling

Payments are processed by NOWPayments. Hosted payment pages, crypto payment instructions, transaction processing, and related payment data are handled by NOWPayments under its own terms and policies. We receive limited payment status information needed to activate or support the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, index and redact prompt sessions, operate checkout and billing support, secure the product, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to lawful requests. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product performance and improve documentation.

Prompt and transcript data

Customers control which logs, JSONL files, terminal transcripts, prompts, and outputs they upload. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed to process this data through the service and should avoid uploading secrets or regulated data unless their plan and internal policy permit it.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records. Customers may request deletion of eligible account data by contacting support.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should avoid submitting secrets, regulated data, or unnecessary personal information to prompt notes or support channels.

International users

The service may be used by teams in the United States, India, Europe, and other regions. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions where our infrastructure or providers operate.
